The Engagement Manager must ensure that the information needed to monitor the progress of the handover plans is
captured to enable the regular review of progress. As during the execution of the plans variances on the plans are
identified, corrective actions should be defined in collaboration with the Client or the next provider. As agreed on
the action taken, the Engagement Manager should also monitor these. Having all activities mentioned in the plans
executed and closed all corrective actions, the Engagement Manager must assure a written or electronic acceptance by
the Client.
